  a nascent food forest (17 fruit trees interplanted with perennials like a
 sparagus and strawberries) that is already growing. A neighborhood coffees
 -shop\, laundromat\, and community center that is at the heart of the proj
 ect. A delicious dinner (grill-out style!) at 4:30 and invitation to join 
 lively discussion on the week's thesis topic. A chance to connect with oth
